5 Excellent Reformation Coloring Pages and More

Reformation coloring pages can be a great way to help your students remember this important moment in church history. Can we just stop for a minute and consider the boldness of Luther? He saw the practices of the church that had no Biblical foundation and were, frankly, downright greedy. Not only did he call them out on that, but he withstood the consequences of his decisions. What a great faith to stand firm on Biblical truths!

Little Missionaries

It didn’t take long to recognize something truly special in the value of Lutheran education. In generations past, parents sent their children to school for a Christian upbringing. Today, many children are bringing the Bible back into their homes for the first time. While there are some who truly have never read the Bible, most of these families were raised in a church. However, they never received the gift of Lutheran education. We underestimate the power of a child spending 35 hours per week in a Christian setting. These little missionaries are spreading the Word of God to their families.

Reformation Coloring Pages

Would you like some coloring pages to teach the Reformation? These activities are more than just a coloring page – students truly love them. There is a mini book about the Reformation and another one about Luther’s seal for the lower elementary. My fourth graders love flip books about the same two topics. Middle school students can get in on the action, too! They have sketch notes that teach some of the key components of the Reformation.
