Luther’s morning prayer provides us with an example of the way that Jesus taught us to pray. God calls us to pray to him for a variety of reasons, and our prayer is powerful and effective. God answers our prayers as He guides the plan for our lives.
Martin Luther on Prayer
Most of my students aren’t Lutheran, but I like to use the evening prayer to end our school day. We open our day with a prayer based on the devotional and prayer requests. However, I like this formal prayer to end our day. We can find comfort in the structure and routine of these words.

Would you like to try these posters in your classroom? They come in bright colors to liven up your space. You can also print them in black and white if that option works better for you. There is a wall version that you can post on a bulletin board. Students can also have a smaller size in their binders or on their desks. They are a great resource for confirmation classes.
If you are looking for this ready-to-use resource for your students, check them out in my store.
