Christmas coloring pages teach students about the many lessons that we learn from Jesus’ birth. They provide us with an opportunity to bring the nativity story to life in a visual way. As we do, we learn about the blessings that come with forgiveness from our Savior. Students see that Christ is our shepherd, a leader and a guide for our lives. Finally, we see God perform the impossible so that we know what is possible.
Coloring with My Grandma
Coloring is a great way to relax and unwind after a long day. My grandmother taught me how to color when I was little. We would sit together at the kitchen table and color from the coloring books she kept in the toy cupboard. She would always teasingly refuse to color Bert and Ernie from Sesame Street because she did not like them. Today, I still have the special box that she kept the crayons in.
