Adopt a classroom in the LCMS! Last summer, I launched a Facebook group for Lutheran teachers to share their Amazon wish lists. LCMS teachers share their lists with their name, the name of their ministry, and their location to help others find them. Then, they invite church members, parents, and others that might be interested in supporting them. Supporters can search a specific list and donate supplies to schools by sending their items directly to their classrooms.
My Mission
I love Lutheran education. I started this ministry because I wanted to offer Christian resources to other Lutheran teachers (and my own classroom). As this ministry grew, I really wanted to develop a company that gave back to teachers. While I personally can’t give much financially, I am in awe at the number of people who are supporting Lutheran teachers with their purchases. I am so thankful to offer a space where Lutheran teachers can share their wish lists and receive support for their classrooms.
Adopt a Classroom
Are you looking to adopt a classroom in the LCMS? While some schools are blessed with budgets, many teachers fund the majority of anything extra in the classroom. They fund the extra supplies for the child who didn’t bring them. Teachers create the engaging lessons that your children love and carefully budget which ones they can afford for the year. They bring in those fun snacks to go along with lessons so that your children remember the math and reading they will need for their education.
