Books of the Bible Study

What does your Bible study look like? I think that I have studied most of the books of the Bible with my small group over the course of ten years. While I read the whole Bible in college, the dedicated time to study it is very special. I also love those moments when I am deeply studying His Word for this business. I love to throw on some Christian music and spend those moments in Scripture.

An Easy Understanding of the Bible

How do you help your students learn about the Bible books? One of my first resources includes a game that helps students sort the books of the Bible. It gives them basic interaction with the names of the books. If you are responsible for helping your students learn to read the Bible for the first time, I highly recommend the Books of the Bible Centers. This product makes me wish that I still taught third grade. It is a great first unit for the school year, and it helps students become familiar with God’s Word. It explicitly teaches how to read the Bible in addition to experience with the books of the Bible in chronological order. The centers also offer opportunities to apply their skills to Bible study. Finally, there is a Books of the Bible bulletin board that I personally use in my classroom. It includes all of the books of the Bible as well as all of the stories that I teach. The visual reminder helps us regularly see the parts of the Bible that we study and the areas that they might want to explore on their own.
